Recent projects.

This hillside property had a 7 foot drop from the bottom step of the home to the wall line. We built a concrete block retaining wall, placed about 600 yards of fill to create a level yard, and completed a 20 ton asphalt patch on the same visit. The top of the wall will be finished with boulders in a second phase planned for next year.

We built a boulder retaining wall and boulder steps, brought in about 16 truckloads of fill, and patched the asphalt driveway. The homeowners now have a level backyard ready to finish as they choose.

For a local builder's duplex project, we built the retaining wall, installed the fence, and finished the landscaping as one job. Combining the work kept costs down and left the tenants with a low-maintenance yard.
